Getting Started at Reckoning Fitness

Step 1: ATTEND A FREE TRAINING SESSION

We want to get to know you and HELP you! Schedule a free training session so you can come check us out and get to know us and see what we are about, but more importantly, we will be able to learn more about you and show you how we can help you achieve and attain your fitness goals. Far beyond just being a place to workout, we will partner with you to help you meet and exceed your goals and we will be there with you every step of the way!

Step 2: FOUNDATIONS CLASS

At Reckoning Fitness we take our training and safety very seriously so we offer a free foundations class that gives us the opportunity to introduce you to the the foundational movements, as well as assess your current mobility and any injuries that you may have before we start you in our general programming. We are here to help you achieve your fitness goals, but done so SAFELY If you’re wanting to see results and achieve your goals, our foundations class will help make sure that you start your fitness journey fully prepared and set up for success.

Step 3: SELECT A MEMBERSHIP

We want to encourage ALL of our members to come as frequently as possible to achieve maximum results fast. Therefore, all of our membership options include unlimited classes. All of our memberships have different options for everyone, whether you want to sign up solo, as a couple, senior, or student, we have the membership for you!
